How can i treat the aftermath pain of anal sex without lube?
ive been with him for 3 years and have had tons of anal sex and it never hurt, only a little pain for the first 2 bowel movements and slight bleeding that went away in about a day. about 2 months ago, my boyfriend and i were engaging in anal sex after finishing with vaginal sex. i wasn't concerned at the time and thought that i was wet enough to not need lube. as we started, the pain started to hurt and burn so we stopped and as i suspected, slight pain, slight bleeding. but as the days past it became harder and harder for me to have a bowel movement because of the increased pain and the increased bleeding. i researched for anal fishers, thinking my anal wall had ripped and found out that if it did, any feces that get in the wound can give me a disease, then thought it was a hemorrhoid. the pain increased during the weeks, i thought it would be something to heal itself but hadn't yet, so i started using hemorrhoid cream (and avoiding anal sex, the pain was too unbearable) which did help with the bms, nothing else and of course it wore off. the pain feels like there is something on the wall right past my sphincter, (like in the episode of house where the patient has the point of a toothpick logged in his anal wall, that kind of pain) and during bms it hurts and burns. its been 2 months now with avoiding anal sex and babying this "unknown pain", the bleeding has stopped but the pain is getting kind of old. what is it? how do i help/fix it so i can take anal again and have less painful bms without going to a doctor (no insurance)? im about ready to assign my finger on a journey to see if i can get any clues to what it is. ill never go without lube again.
