After completing my BMS from Sydenham college should i directly do MBA immediately or i should work somewhere?

i.e should I work fr 2 years fr taking experiance and then do my MBA? or sholud immediately apply fr MBA as it would get too late...also year after year the passing % r rising....pls gv me d factual response.
