Odd bowel movements? Seems to be IBS?

I am a 13 year old girl who is possibly anemic. For about 2 months now I have been suffering from odd BMs. Usually, I have about 2-3 BMs a week maybe even less! But I've started to get diarrhea more often. I usually only get it about 1-2 a year but I have gotten 2x that amount in already 2 months. I also have adominal pain and nausea. My mom thinks that it is always something I ate but I think maybe IBS (she is a nurse btw). But my poop seems normal (normal solid stools). I don't usually look back when I have diarrhea but I don't notice mucus. My diarrhea is kinda chunky & lasts about a day. The diarrhea usually starts about a week after I'm done bleeding from my period. My diet is usually rice and turkey and I skip breakfast. I also feel the need to poop but nothing comes out. Any suggestions? (sorry for being graphic)
