Castor oil and labor induction, does it work?

I tried it twice unsuccessfully when I was overdue with my son, if I go overdue with this little girl, def. won't try it again. I got faint contractions but they weren't consistent and ended about 8 hours later with a BM and just gave me false hope lol. I hope you go into labor very soon and I am sure you will :) GL and congrats!
