Could I have bowel obstruction?

I'm a 30 yr old female. I've been feeling this way all week. It feels like there is a rock sitting in the middle of my abdomen. Sometimes it feels more to the left. Feels like it moves a little every now and then. Kinda like a baby moving. I've been bloated. I had a baby 12 weeks ago and tubes tied. I know I'm not pregnant. My stomach area has been burning really bad. I haven't had any acid reflex. The burning is from mid abdomen to left abdomen. I have very small BMs and they are pretty hard. Very little at a time. Have been green stools and mucous. Taking stool softeners but not working. I don't have a gallbladder. I have a constant pressure and it feels like I've just ate and have low appetite. It cramps a little but no severe pain. What could be wrong? Should I go to ER? Very uncomfortable. Gonna be tough eating Christmas dinner with my family. I've taken prevacid and tums. Don't work. What should I do?
