Samsung Galaxy FIT or LG optimus one? Please help...!!! which is best?

Optimus got better screen resolution whereas Samsung got slightly bigger screen compared to LG. Optimus got 512 RAM but i dunno whats the rams of samsung galaxy fit. please suggest.
