Labor Induction Acupressure need help.?

O.K. this may be a bit more info. than any one wants to hear. but i have been trying to induce labor for several days now, and i have been using acupressure point Ll4 which is on your hand, it says it is the most affective for inductions. well i got my hopes up and my BMs started to become loose which is supposed to be a sign labor is coming. but now i read that is how the point works but stimulating the intestines around your uterus, but i am still not in labor. can any one help am i doing it wrong or is my body just refusing to go into labor?? and advice and please no waiting answers, and if you have any other info on ways to induce that would be great as well.
