What is the chemical reaction for fertilizer (ammonium nitrate) and water?

I'm doing a project on how aquatic plants are affected by fertilizer run off in streams and ponds.... but i need the chemical equation with the reactants and products and i have no idea what it is... please please please help i need this as soon as possible!!!!!!!
