33weeks contractionsORnormal?

im 33weeks pregnant,woke up with back pain at 3am had back pain all day its now 11pm, i have daily bms so i know its not that now im having front pain coming and goin noticed around 4pm and now felt two real contractions in under 5minutes maybe an hour ago, been having sharp pains up my vag,hurts so bad to breathe or move when those happen, so i drank my water like doctor says took tyleonol but nothing helped. some ppl say its just growing pains and others think not? his head has already been down for about two weeks, am i just paranoid or are these a concern? not supposed to go unless i have six or more in a hour but i was hospitalized for them in jan, dilated to 1they stoped them now here i am in march. not due till april 21st, just now hitting the 33week point, baby is still moving around normally as well,
