What does this mean on your cell phone?

When I try sending a video from my cell phone as a multimedia message to my email it says maximum message size reached how can i make this video so it can send? its 1.3 MB its 1 minuite and 41 seconds long and the resolution is 176 x 144 if i have to change my resolution how do i do it? by the way i have a pantech p7000.
