What camera would good for me?

I love photography. I got the Sony webbie 2 christmases ago but it's not really what I was looking for. I want one that will take good focused and professional looking (which I'm guessing depends on the resolution) photos. It can't be too expensive like nothing over $200. Also can you explain about the resolution and different angle and lenses? And also what makes the picture look professional is it the resolution or what?? Thanks! :)
