What are the capabilities of a macbook graphically?

Well I have a macbook pro & no its not a 1080p HD resolution. Well it is capable of running games on Low & mid since its graphics are outdated compared to the laptops that have newer graphics generations. Also the mac does not use the hardware to its limit. While on PC laptops it will use its graphics & processors to its max if you want it to. I have a macbook pro & an imac & other mac devices but I will build myself a custom pc since it has more cabalitities graphic & performance wise than a mac why get an imac or macbook pro I mean you it can only handle basic things.
