Insignia Blu Ray Player?

I bought a blu ray player a few months ago and now when I put in a blu ray or a dvd it just plays the sound and the screen is black. If I mess with the resolution I am able to see the menu but as soon as I hit play movie its just audi again and a blank screen, no matter how many times I try to adjust the resolution it doesn't fix. Not sure whats going on...any suggestions? I couldn't find anything on their site.
