What's wrong with my screen?

At first i tried to uninstall a download manager and then my screen got really small so i changed the resolution and it still wasn't normal. I re-started my computer and now my screen is to big so again i changed the resolution and re-installed the program that i had unintalled and my computer screen looks really streched out. Please help me. Also it's a laptop.
