My resolution this year was to drop the weight that I gain the previous 2... which was about 40 lbs. So far I've lost about 32 of it. I feel and look alot better but I still have some tummy chub and "love handles" it's embarrasing to me as a guy to have those. I ride a bike 7 miles in the morning then I run 3 at night and ride another 2 miles. What else do I need to do. Thank you for any help! I am watching what I eat and the quantity that I eat.. btw
