My peas are nearly 2ft tall but not flowering. (Unwins Ruthless) Am I being impatient or too much fertilizer?

They should have flowers around a foot high or so. Back off some on the fertilizers if it has large amounts of Nitrogen because it has been known to delay blooming on some plants. You need something that has phosphorous in it, that would be the second number on your bag of fertilizer.
