I haven't had had a bowl movement in 5 days?

The last one i had was so small it looked like grains of sand. I have gas but i don't feel like i have to go to the bathroom. My upper right side is soar and a little crampy, and my bms i have had up to 5 days a go were clay color which i am thinking that i don't have enuff bile being produced. I am afraid to eat cause haven't been going to the bathroom. could i have gallbladder problems and an obstruction??
