Do I have Colon Cancer?

This may gross some people out. But for a few months on and off I've been having bowel troubles. I go for weeks having normal bms, but then I go through a while where all I have is a bit of diarrhea, lots of gas, but I constantly feel bloated. I have a lot of stomach pain as well. This is extremely gross but I was desperate to feel if I had a hemmorhoid or something, but I feel some sort of a lump inside my anus. It does not hurt to touch, and honestly it feels like the lump of the cervix. I am making an appointment straight away for the doctor, if I can't get in this week, I'm just going to go to emergency tomorrow. But what do you think?
