I had a c-section 2 weeks and 4 days ago today. I have been having hard/painful BMs for the past week. A few minutes ago I had a BM that made me bleed a tablespoon of blood. I checked and it definitely did not come from my vagina. It was bright red blood. Should I be concerned about this? I'm worried I'll continue to have hard BMs that will further irritate this. Are the foods I can eat to soften my BMs?
