All my orchids blooms fell off :(?

I bought some phalaenopsis orchids last April. They were perfect for 1 month, after that the blooms starting falling off little by little. The leaves on the bottoms look awesome and are growing new ones. I water it twice a week and have never used fertilizer. Do you think that is why they fell off? I would appreciate your answers, thank you!
